FAQ
Is this you coaching me, or me watching you code?
You drive the codebase or spec; I steer, push back, and pair on the hard parts. Weekly 60-min video calls, agenda before, wrap-up after — but the real work is the live pairing.
My stack isn't Mastra or Rails. Will this work?
No, not for Praxis or the Bundle. The pair-coding sessions assume real production fluency in TypeScript+Mastra or Ruby+Rails. Foundations (the leader's path) is stack-agnostic — concepts transfer.
How fast can we start?
Two engagements at a time right now; usually 1–2 weeks to start, sometimes longer.
What about payment?
Upfront. Invoice to you or your company. If installments matter, we can work it out on the intro call.
Will my code and project details stay private?
Yes. NDA on request. Your code, spec, and project details don't appear in public content without explicit written permission. Case study and content rights are negotiated separately and never default to yes.
What if I have to miss a week?
We reschedule. The 6/12-week cadence is a target, not contractual.
What if it's not working for me?
We check in after week 2 of each phase. If either of us doesn't feel the fit, we end the engagement and reconcile to completed sessions — you pay only for what we did.
Foundations now, Praxis later — same outcome as the Bundle?
Not quite. The Bundle is one continuous arc on one project — the spec you build in weeks 1–6 is the codebase you ship in weeks 7–12. Splitting them is possible, but you'll start Praxis cold on a stale spec, and the combined list price is $1,500 higher than the Bundle.
